When we say essential, there is no option left for forgiveness in terms of that component. Especially when the equipment is a water purification system that provides pure water for analytical laboratory applications. This is absolute in terms of water quality that we cannot compromise, because we have responsibility for every application we use for this water. A successful lab is one that does analytical work with a lot of credibility in terms of trust, rudeness & repetition. A successful lab is where there is no scope for repetition or problems with the most important analytical systems, chemicals / reagents, analysts or Lab level water systems.

Let's take an example of a basic analysis of HPLC High Performance Liquid Chromatography where ultra-pure water is involved in various stages such as Cellular Phase preparation, HPLC injector cleaning port, sample preparation for tidy and for various matrices if needed. Each analyst knows that this is the only step to run a chromatogram which mainly means ultra-pure water must be consistent 24x7. We can't even go one step here to use sub-standard water levels, which can fall into failure due to a loss of trust in the laboratory. This (HPLC) is the basic technology and the best lab cannot spend a lot of time solving it for a reason that can be easily nissui idonesia avoided. Although we have other advanced technologies such as LCMS which also have the same hyphenated technology, the root or base here is HPLC. So, we will not be able to control mass spectrometry contamination, if it is wrong at HPLC.

It is difficult to monitor all these factors and monitor the quality of every drop of ultra-pure water released from the system to ensure reliability. Ultrapure water needs to be controlled for checking conductivity quality and organic parameters that play a major role in each of the steps mentioned above. The relief here is that one does not need to be in front of the water purification system to monitor the system, because people can be on the run and can still see the functions and parameters of checking remotely. This is not only for quality, but also for inventory management. This is a big plus for lab managers who have responsibility for more than one laboratory.

In principle, we can consolidate that this is only for good practice laboratories who want to take one step ahead of the laboratory with conventional approaches that await situations where they need to look back at what went wrong.

In the end, it feels like having an environment that is free of mistakes and admiring success.
